LEAN VISIT TO HANSA MATRIX – RIGA (LETVIA)
A very interesting Lean journey, on the 13rd and 14th November, at the plant of Hansa Matrix in Riga (Latvia) for the Graziadio’s engineers. Two days of full immersion in co-operation with “EU-Japan Centre”, a non-profit organisation between the European Commission and the Japanese Government for Industrial Co-operation Lean in Europe. Since 2013 they organize visits in UE’s plants, to show how European companies apply CI (Continuous improvement technique). An important training opportunity for our team!
